Controversial Right Wing Pastor Tony Spell is trying to put spell again on christians who is urging people to DONATE their $1200 stimulus cheques to HIM and to his MEGACHURCH!!

He started the "challenge" that has now come under fire after repeatedly holding services at Life Tabernacle Church despite the stay at home order to stop the spread of coronavirus

He said Christians had NOTHING to fear and that they shouldn't FEAR DYING!!

The number of infections has increased to 21,000 in the state with over 1100 deaths

He's asking his followers and those who devote themselves to the church and are getting stimulus money to give it to HIM and his church as they have not received any money from churchgoers in a MONTH!!

He is facing misdemeanor charges for holding services despite a ban and titled it #PastorSpellStimulsChallenge

He had 3 rules to it where people need to donate their stimulus money and need to give it to North American evangelists, missionaries and music ministers who haven't received an "offering" for a month and claims his family will do the SAME

If they didn't have a church to donate to, his WEBSITE will direct them

Adults are receiving up to 1200 each and 500 for each child to help pay for bills as the one time payment was being deposited to people already

Spell had more than 1300 congregants to his church on Sunday for easter and is now fighting the charges handed to him as worshippers were seen clapping, singing and responding with "Amen"

He said "My hope is NOT a vaccine for a virus, but all my hope is in JESUS. I prmoise that before i lay hands on you or touch you that i will disinfect m hands so that you don't have to worry about me transmitting anything to you"

What's especially sick is that looking at the people who go to his church, they look like they're working class. These aren't rich snobs, they're average Americans who probably desperately need that money at the moment. And the sickest thing is, there will be some people who will give it to him. He will con some people out of their money, I guarantee it.

if you read through the comments, you'll see that someone called him out on that and he gave the comment one of those heart things. Either he has no self-awareness and didn't even realize the comment was shitting on him or he's so self-aware that he hearted it just to troll.

The sad part is that there will be gullible old people that will fall for this scam. These mega churches should not count as a "non-profit organization".
