It still feels somewhat good to hit a milestone, but also it happened in increments so it feels kinda just like another birthday.

I didn't really optimize my career for money, I chose something I thought would be personally enjoyable and viewed making good money as the backup plan. Things turned out well for me, but I realize I could be at 2-6x as much right now with a similarly enjoyable position if I had chosen to optimize a bit more for money. Other than looking at how early you start making money, I wish I looked at skills that offer the possibility of part-time or seasonal work. I'm pretty much stuck in a full-time job unless I want to live in hotels part of the year. I also wish I would have looked at how easy it is to choose where you live, I miss my friends and family.

I'd like to think my path offered me more personal growth along the way than other paths, but that could be me grasping for straws when I realize how much better other paths could've turned out.

Well "invested" can mean anything. I could dump 200k into an account and lose 100k overnight. But I could still make the claim that I had 100k invested.

Planet hasn't really gone down that much. I mean peak to trough is high, but not considering the average values money was placed in vs current. Some $ also went in while the planet was down and the planet is going back up, but it's more about average.

Dude I barely come around anymore. And 9 of the 10 times I do I see a topic by you fucking bragging about your salary, or your savings, or how much wealth you have.

There's just bias there of what you pay attention to. I mean 9 of the 10 time I notice your posts you're being a dick, but I realize you also make non-dickish conversation and I'm more biased to notice/remember when you're behaving like a dick because I don't really care about your non-dickish posts.

But please just don't be a dick in my topics? There's no reason for it.
