The team lacks diversity, changing the ethnicity of one of the Storm siblings was a disaster for Fan4stic, and making the rock monster a minority wouldn't help much because he's going to be CGI for 60% of the movie. Unless they really want to shoehorn Black Panther into the very first Fantastic Four movie, I'm thinking Reed Richards is the one most likely to get hit by the diversity ball.
