How the hell do you get fat when your job is literally hiking all day as a tour guide? If my day job was hiking all day I'd be skinny even if all I ate was McDonald's

Still pretty though since she's blonde, blue eyed aryan type. I was just taken aback, hadn't seen her in 4 years

Yeah, unfortunately. You could burn like 1k a day or more but that's nothing when you consider that you can easily negate that with shitty eating habits. Like, a couple donuts or a few cookies or a couple slices of pizza is all is takes. 6-10 chicken wings, etc. It would blow your mind to know the sheer amount of calories in most junk foods.

Then if you wanted to delve deeper, you could get into meal frequency and macro distribution and stuff. Maybe other factors at play too, like maybe she's currently on a medication that messes with her metabolism (antidepressants, birth control, etc will do it).

You can eat your way to weight gain much faster than you can exercise your way to weight loss. By the way, try eating bacon grease or lard by itself. You'll find that you'll have trouble eating too much and it won't be long before you'll probably feel like puking. It's a lot easier to overeat on carbs and extremely dangerous if you combine the two so that it's half carbs and half fat. You'll be able to eat so much.

When I drink a lot of water after a workout, I do feel it sloshing around inside me. They say its bad to drink too much after working out but it just tastes so delicious when you're thirsty and have sweated away that sometimes I drink too much to fast and feel that bloated sensation. Maybe that's what he meant
