Well, at least GTAV and RDR are both very complete experiences. While I hoped for SP DLC for GTAV (more and better heists where you actually get the money instead of giving it to the government), the main game was a very lengthy and fulfilling experience aside from the ending.

iirc, they scrapped potential GTAV's single-player DLCs due to how successful the online portion was.

Did you know you can't even play the online succesfully? It's such a buggy awful mess where 90% of the content doesn't work correctly.

No animals in a server over 20 people
they somehow fucked the game up worse and now we have

Camps not spawning or when they do, will vanish after 5 minutes, if you do a resupply mission and it actually works when you bring the supply back to camp the camp is gone.

Moonshine shack will never let you load into it

Collector role items that are bugged and give you a different item then you're supposed to effectively making you wait 24 hours for the next cycle (or get lucky of a random map)

Showdown modes that never load in, or you won't find anyone playing them.

Meanwhile GTA V is getting sucked off into obilivion, here's a new car, and the fucking kids will buy a shark card to get it instantly instead of farming for it, allowing for them to continue their predatory business practices.

I wouldn't mind the MTX thing so long as the game actually worked.

IT's a billion dollar company that can't have dedicated servers for their online? instead making it a shitty p2p network that doesn't even function correctly. Look at Destiny, thats a P2P game and you won't randomly get D/C'd and all the content still works.

Fuck them... fuck them all. *logs into RDR:O to continue the issue*

I will give them some credit for not holding back content just to release as DLC later.

They could easily have saved the whole epilogue for DLC by tweaking collectible locations.

it's a great game, and one of the best to come out this gen, IMO, but for many, it's a "one and done".

like, there are no single-player DLCs or major updates to the campaign.

There has been no DLC, but they did add some extra guns and horses that the PC version had to the consoles.

See, I wouldn't be so hard on GTA/RD online if they just let you use the cars/horses/weapons/clothes/etc. in single player, but noooooo.
