Which significantly increases your risk for cardiac rhythm abnormalities including arrest. 2) It inhibits cytochromes in your liver that help break down other medications. Macrolides (azithromycin being one) has some anti-inflammatory properties in the lung parenchyma, but the effect is pretty minimal. darkzero297 04/08/20 10:09:00 PM #18:	I took it for a time to deal with my Rheumatoid Arthritis before the Methotrexate started to work. It worked wonders on me and brought me back from the brink of crippling, debilitating pain. No side effects either. That being said, I have never had a problem with any medicine in my life and everything works just as intended on me with no side effects. I guess I'm just super lucky like that.
