Do you remember what your build was? I picked Abandon here because I never use it, but it's driving me nuts. I think my favorite solo build so far has been Time Mage/Draw Out/Speed Save/Magic Attack UP/Teleport

I should have a mic soon, then I'll have to try and learn how to use that. Then I might just switch to Twitch, but my Internet is a bit wonky.

I grinded in easy battles to get math skill and some spells and had blade grasp as a reaction for the most part

A jumping ninja, eh? Baller! Far from optimal but that's half the fun. Using something like Draw Out or Math Skill turns even a solo playthrough into a snoozefest.

What're you using as your R/S/M? Are you allowing yourself to toggle them as necessary?

Oh no. The only thing I switched was Equip Sword to Equip Spear once they were sold

Move +2

Almost zero random battles. Less than 10 for sure. I try not to let my Guests have any gear. I let Gaffy have some in Dorter 2 because I save locked myself by mistake

I can't remember if I said so in this topic or over on Reddit, but since you mentioned it, I'll say it again. Time Mage with Draw Out is my favorite Solo build

Draw Out
Speed Save
Magic Attack UP
Teleport

Until the Samurai swords are sold I'll just go with a Wizard to catch 1 or 2 MA ups

They're both lucksack battles anyway, unless you've got obscene speed somehow.

That's certainly a build. Mantle will cover you for most of the things though! Some of the zodiacs with summons or other 100% stuff might give you some heartache but you got this <3

My personal favorite:

Ubersquire
Elemental
MP Switch
Two Swords
Move MP Up

Especially nice for late game because excalibur autohaste. Scream also means reliable MP Switch, and then I've got pepper range/aoe with elemental and then melee execution.

It's an easy fight, but it's all luck. I just killed the bitch on the first turn by switching my build. Even with the build I'm using it's easy in the sense of what to do, but not easy in the sense that Rafa is programed to suicide herself because her brother just died. All she has to do is cast her spell on Elmdor and hit him a few times in a row, but she is fucking stupid

So I just switched my build real quick and ended it quickly like a coward, but I explained that in the post
