Does the game have a good story. I'm a pretty picky person and if it has a bad ass story in that universe I'd maybe be down to play it.

tbh, I only played a little of the game after that one massive update that improved pretty much everything, but the only enemies that I came across were there dinosaur looking ones and some robots, I think.

I think so. Eventually you'll unlock a multiplayer station. I never tried it, but you could supposedly go on quests with others.

Kind of?

I've noticed more dinosaur like animals since I bought it on launch. I also didn't play it for like 2 or 3 years.

I've only ever noticed one planet with like *huge* animals. It's hard for me to describe, it's got the shillouete of a t-rex but it didn't really *look* like one other than being bi pedal and having short arms. They were in various sizes though, although some were quite large they never got as large as those brontosaurus looking animals in the original trailers.
