Mike told Werner about 1500 times "Do you know what I'm implying here?" To a guy that spoke English naively, as well as in general just lived naively. "You don't know who you're messing with, do the job."
Werner's Face: ????? Mike should have told him, "Listen man you're going to fucking die and be fucking killed if your dumb ass leaves this place to even take a piss. Get. It. Together." In plain English. It's really great how the writers make any character and any subplot compelling.
