that doesn't say they're being held back. A lot of places are considering shut downs through June. Its not feasible that these schools can reopen in that time frame. its already April. It does say they'll be taking classes online though and try to expand that infrastructure. how that translates to advancement is to be seen because this is the first time something like this is being done. Why do you always mislead people when it comes to California?
