By far the least accurate way to describe someone's physique
For reference I'm 6'3, 225, which means by BMI is 27 so technically I'm overweight. I do have a bit of tummy fat and fat around my hips, otherwise I'm toned from my chest, and thighs outward. I'd say I'm closer to a 25 eye test, it really does shit on tall people and people with muscle. Tldr: don't get discouraged by having a high BMI if you're tall. --- Ask me if I would eat da booty. ... Copied to Clipboard!
