Was spring cleaning, since there is nothing else to do, and I found 2 pocket bottles of One Step. It was marked EXP AUG 29 2019

Probably. The other day I threw out a bottle of rubbing alcohol that expired in 2018. If it can expire, it should have a date on it somewhere. If it doesn't have a date, you probably don't need to worry about it.

Yes and no, it can lose its effectiveness over time. It will always work, just over time now as well.

Technically yes, once the alcohol evaporates or dilutes, which is the "anti-germ" ingredient inside of it.
That said, alcohol hand satirizer isn't really that effective against viruses anyway, it's really more of a "it's better than nothing" measure. --- YOU COULDN'T AFFORD IT! ... Copied to Clipboard!
