WafflehouseJK 03/19/20 9:19:46 PM #10:	Yu Yu Hakusho Spoilers: Basically, the only real "police force" that spirit world has was King Yama's personal guard or whatever the fuck they were, who only handled super, top of the line shit. Otherwise, all Living World matters were solved by whoever the Spirit Detective was, but once Sensui went AWOL, things just were kinda left to their own devices, which is why Koenma just picked a (to his knowledge at the time) a random ass kid who maybe had some spirit potential at the time to be his Spirit Detective, cause he was desperate. Under most circumstances, Koenma probably wouldn't have sent anyone at all and just let Rando do his thing, but since he was after the Spirit Wave and could kill a noticeable fuck ton of people with it, he threw in his only real Living World enforcer, which was Yusuke. --- "She was like, 'Oh, did you see that firefighter?
