Quite a few of the Shines in the hub world, various other Shines dotted around the 7 levels, and pretty much every Shine in Gelato Beach.

Seriously. Gelato Beach was a joke. The Shines were just boring and stupid. The biggest problem was the lack of any real level geometry. Because it was a big, open, mostly flat area, getting about was no challenge. You just...walked places. And there were more specific problems. Getting the 8 red coins in the coral reefs could've been fun, but it was annoying and the graphics weren't very good. The watermelon challenge was unnecesarily annoying. Also, the graphics were pretty weak. That bizarre blue sand in the water was just scary. They should've used a filter, like B-K used on the water in it.

I guess it wasn't all bad. I mean...it's still a beach, right? Some of the blue coins were good fun (I generally enjoyed getting blue coins in Sunshine). The graphics looked really nice on the solar panels.
