So if Im hearing this all correctly... You are contagious before showing symptoms. It can take up to two weeks for symptoms to show up. In one case, an infected person walked through a room of 5 people. They were all tested immediately after, and were found to have the bacteria in their throat. If all of that is true, it is not matter of if you will come in contact. That is a guarantee imo. Some people wont get sick, but will still carry the virus. Some people wont get too bad of symptoms.
