I keep getting that question. "what scotch do you drink?" I tried a lot of brands, I just can't get into it. I've never come across a rum I can't drink. Vodka, Gin, Tequila to an extent is the same.

Drinking some Sierra Nevada Pale Ale right now.
I'll be serving at the brewery tomorrow. Can't say I'm super stoked about it, especially with cases being reported in the county. Breweries here are being slammed too. I guess there's nothing else to do. One of our most popular food trucks tomorrow too. But between working the brewery and working receiving at a grocery store, I think it's inevitable that I get it. Doubt you wanna drop near $100 on a bottle so I'll toss out Laphroaig 10 as an great cost efficient option as well. Islay scotches are the ones that taste very peppery and smokey. I just tried a speyside region scotch last night called Monkey Shoulder. Much more sweet and full flavor. Almost tasted like a bourbon with a few scotch qualities tossed in.
