Do you think all of his 'gaffes' are a result of this stutter or do you think its his mental faculties slipping?

There's no real easy quote out of that article, but it goes into detail about the history of his stutter and stories from earlier on his life where he was mocked for it. Biden has gone from being a relatively quiet and reserved person, despite being VP, to talking for long lengths at a time while campaigning. He made a lot of gaffes while VP! But also he generally seemed more coherent than he does now.

What's funny is all the people on the left who spent the last three years screaming "Trump is unfit to be president!" suddenly defend Joe Biden, who often doesn't know where he is, what office he is running for, or why he's even talking in the first place when he's not starting arguments with his constituents and telling them to vote for somebody else.

It's so heart warming to see Bernie supporters and Trump supporters so united about Biden's health. Really goes to show you that people can reach across the aisle when compassion is necessary.

all you have to do is compare clips of him today vs ones from just even a few years ago. he may have a stutter, but his brain has holes in it like trumps brain does
