Like on a printer?
It's being hit with ink 3 times instead of just once. Also your printer is cheap but most people dont need one that costs several thousand dollars.

Whenever I print anything on any paper colored ink gives black a bolder, more solid look, while black ink makes black look hazy. It's kinda ironic lol
