fuck customer service, between taking it up the ass from management and the public I have no idea how some of you do it for Years, I survived a few call centre years and retail through college and was done, thank god I work in backend IT

I have to force my staff to not eat at their desk. Fuck me, it's 30-45mins, the world will keep spinning while you're away from your desk. Take a break so you can refresh and finish the afternoon strong.
