Customers were actually fine, but management was demoralizing. Not meeting the arbitrary amount of time to finish stocking every night, resulting in them literally screaming on the sales floor for not being done early. Being written up for talking too much - even though we weren't behind - because our "raucous behavior was lowering the other employees' morale (their exact words).
