Because the people making the movie are to stupid to realize he's supposed to keep his mask on.

This Spider-Man has been outed to so many people already, that he hasn't had/found reason to hide it from anyone, at least that he presumes to trust.

I'm sure if they had plenty of time and opportunity to, they'd create a situation where he'll get burned hard, but considering there's only, what, one more movie? doubt they'll go that path.

Battle field was huge, and he wanted to talk face to face with Tony Stark

It usually has more to do with the actor not wanting to hide their face than it does with the studio. I don't get that vibe from Tom Holland, so maybe taking the mask off at the drop of the hat is just following status quo so that all the actors who do have marketable faces can go mask-free without it being conspicuous.

Then again, maybe it comes back to what Mel Brooks said about John Candy wearing a mask in Spaceballs, "If they were going to hide John Candy behind a mask, he might as well hire someone else for half the price."
