Artisan1990 03/06/20 10:25:10 AM #1:	Got a call from my parents about a month ago saying he wasn't eating. So I've made several trips back home to spend the day with him, and have gotten him to eat, but not much. He's very skinny and is aenemic. They took him to the vet and ran some tests, but it didn't come back with anything obvious. He is very, very attached to me so I thought it might be depression from me moving away. But he still doesn't want to eat and now during today's visit I haven't been able to get him to eat anything. He is a very sensitive, dramatic and sometimes manipulative dog though, so despite all my fears he very well could be milking this slightly. He knows exactly how to get my attention, and will pretend to be hurt so I freak out and coddle him to no end because he's my baby and he gets me every time. Then shit started going south and finally the thought of losing my dog was enough and I started drinking a bit again, then it was starting to spiral so I've been sober almost 3 days, going through withdrawal. But it put a strain on an already strained relationship and we almost split on our 2 year anniversary. So now I'm cut off from alcohol and the other thing I do for relief (smoke) and as for college, realized it wasn't for me and depression and other mental health issues were making it near impossible to stay on top of classes. <cite>Artisan1990 posted [p:935310661] in My male do...
