iPhone_7 03/03/20 7:22:53 PM #1:	My ballot had the Presidential candidate section blank since Im not registered with a party. Apparently the Democrat, Libertarian, & Independent parties in California do have their primaries open - BUT you have to call or email one of them so that they can mail you one of their own ballots. This according to this yellow paper that came with my drop off ballot....that I waited to the last minute to open and read over. I shouldnt have switched to no party preference. Also my mail-in ballot says I have no assigned polling place.
