He's always made the occasional weird statement and done the occasional creepy Uncle Joe thing, but either his brain has really aged in the last four years or no one was paying super close attention to him because the attention was obviously on President Obama and then on Hillary and Sanders within the party since he didn't run in 2016. I don't know. It's not like Trump is a paragon of great speaking but it seems Biden is really all over the place these days. I'm a moderate republican who would happily take a moderate democrat over whatever that thing in the White House is now. I hope Biden can do it since it looks like that's what the party is trying to accomplish here.
