It doesnt hurt to go light, but only lifting. I wouldnt do cardio cause breathing issues etc

General rule from what I've heard: if it's above the neck (sneezing, runny nose, whatever) it's ok but keep it light. If it's below the neck (chest pains, breathing issues) it's best not to work out.

My experience - if you're actively fighting something off like with a fever or whatever, no.

Depends on what you're trying to do.
If you're just maintaining then you're probably fine. If you're chasing gains then you'll either take longer for your muscles to recover or you won't have the strength to put in a proper workout. I'd rather just take the time to recover in that case. I say all this but body dysmorphia and constant fear of instantly losing my gains has me in there anyway. --- PSN: Jiek ... Copied to Clipboard!
