She a big fat ugly chick and was screaming obscenities and threatening to jump the counter and kick the ass of this little Asian lady who was nearly crying

Every time the staff did anything or tried to walk away she insulted them some more , said they were rude and that she was going to get them fired

Then insisted they only gave her half portions of fries and demanded twice as much

I thought about recording it but I figured that would just escalate it

Makes me feel bad for retail/fast food staff who have to deal with this every day

Probably a lot of free food and a spit-flavored drink as well. If she really was fat and ugly then self-respect and dignity went away long ago for her so she probably doesn't care.

When she started screaming and threatening I was like "Jesus lady, it's not a big deal. Just mention it and they will give it to you" but she was acting like they pulled a knife on her dog or something

All I know is that even if people fuck up my order in a fast food joint or any restaurant I'm always super patient and nice because I'd rather wait a few more minutes than wonder what they did to my food because I was being a bitch.

I mean its not even about worrying about them fucking with my food....its just basic human decency and common sense. Humans make mistakes sometimes. If it was something like asking for an ingredient to be removed due to a potentially fatal allergy then i understand being mad, but just forgetting an item that you can easily walk up and get in less than 2 seconds? People really need to grow up.

Paramedic gives an overly detailed explanation on how to fix all these injuries, but it literally comes down to just selecting items in a menu and it tells you what to do anyways.

Yeah, really. I wish there was a policy where you could tell people like that to get the fuck out and that you don't want their business. Retail/fast food workers take way too much abuse.

I don't blame her for complaining, but there was no need for threats. The manager probably would have given her free food and coupons if she kept her cool.

Honestly, if someone has that bad of an allergy they should eat at home and cook their own meals. Simply because no matter how much the employee does to reduce the chance of their food coming into contact with the allergen there will always be a greater than 0% chance of it happening. Beyond that, upset, sure. Throwing threats and swearing, no.

However this is the result of the whole "customer is always right" mentality, in that it makes certain folk believe the have permission to be insufferable be cause they're "right."
