Vyrulisse 02/29/20 3:12:08 PM #1:	https://old.reddit.com/r/fo76/comments/fb0cc6/wastelanders_bethesda_game_days_panel_notes_for/ + One year has passed (including on Pipboy) + Map has been updated so you can interact with quests easier + New NPCs are of course added, a couple will immediately try to engage you outside of the vault and give you an additional new primary quest (old main quest is still available) + High character level does not prevent you from doing the new content outside of the vault, it's open to everyone and does not require a new character; however, it was suggested that NPCs may react to you a bit differently based on level, such as fearing you + There are people randomly found in the world, as well as along the path of the main questline and in hubs (i.e. Foundation and Crater, the two new main faction hubs) + Team-only interiors are a private area that is unique to your characterthis is the new instancing design + Progress is saved less frequently in these instances + Instancing is going to be a big part of the future of the game, to ensure personalized stories are an ongoing thing + Special checks, past events, and personal roleplay choices will affect future dialogue (expressly not going to be FO4s typical 4 answer dial, it's stated to be something more in-depth and varied) + Chems will affect dialogue checksapparently you can back out, pop a chem, then jump back into dialogue and choose the new option + Locked dialogue checks are shown in the dialogue so you can see what youre missing + Jason Mewes is Morts voice actor + Previous dialogues have been updated: Rose, MODUS, Mayor of Grafton, and possibly others will have new lore or interactions to explore Just some of the list. Like No Man's Sky, more and more content is filling out the body and hopefully it'll be content completed and a decent experience. Just not Human ones which made sense in the story considering a plague wiped everyone out, the entire initial story was finding out what it was and crafting a vaccine to it. Now that it's under control it makes sense to have Humans coming back to the area.
