You know, a lot of the religion part is inaccurate. At the very least, Krishna's story doesn't follow the same pattern as Jesus' and i know some of the others are also off.

even if you leave that out, what about all the other evidence?
I mean yea, i agree that early religions probably did have a lot to do with the sun and seasons, and they all took elements from others, but they didn't have to flat out make things up about the majority of the religions they mentioned to make that point. It hurts the credibility overall. So yea, what they're saying makes sense, but i can't take it as the Gospel if they can't be honest about the most obvious part.

how did they make things up? yeah, they messed up a little about the virgin birth of Krishna but they didn't say he was crucified but he was killed and then resurrected, that much is true
