Jodie is best known for her role in Queen and Slim, about a couple who tried to evade the law after a racial encounter with a police officer that ended in murder.

Joshua got his big break in the Mighty Ducks film series from 1992 to 1996 before the Canadian actor found huge fame on the WB teen drama, Dawson's Creek where he played Pacey Witter..

While he was filming the series, miles away, a 17 y/o Jodie in the UK was "crushing hard" on Pacey and she finally met in 2018 at Usher's 40th birthday and instantly had a connection as both got married last year.

Turner-Smith is now 8 months pregnant and plan to raise their son in Jackson's native, CANADA due to racial tensions and school shootings in the US and UK as both don't feel comfortable raising their child in those countries

Jodie said "The racial dynamics over here are fraught. White supremacy is overt. It's the reason i don't want to raise my kids here.
