Especially the Nemesis. Hes an actual threat unlike Mr. X. I hope the rewards for engaging him are actually worth it.

It's weird how so far every single RE remake has somehow been much better than the original, despite the originals being good as well.

Considering how they made Nemesis an absolute A-hole in the remake (and I love that, they needed to up the threat from Mr. X) I hope they don't just make him invulnerable except for the set boss fights. I like the idea of being able to take him down if you feel you have the ammo and are confident enough, and he stays down until the next set encounter.

I'm pretty sure it is confirmed you can take him down and get rewarded for it whenever. No idea if he stays down until the next scripted encounter though.

I thought I legitimately killed him in the original. I know you could down him and he would bleed from his tentacle hand and you could loot him, but he'd get back up a few minutes later. I usually ran the fuck away but one time I downed him again and he bled out like every other enemy when they're killed. Stood there forever and he never got back up.

I didn't finish the game but I progressed pretty far into the story after that and never saw him again, so I thought he was dead for good lol
