But I dunno. If I did, I should prob binge a lot of the shows from different countries, study and train different foods and techniques etc.

My weakness is cutting evenly. I am good at tasting and i am decently creative, but i am never really handy with delicate work that require fine motor skill.

A very good sharp knife that fits your hand well does wonders for that, and practice practice practice and practice. I'm still not perfect with that but I'm always improving on cutting. --- ... Oh yeah another quirk of mine is since i cook mostly for myself i tend to favor my taste bud and by that i mean i make shit spicy even for recipes that dont really have spicy stuff and the level is beyond your average human tolerance.
