But I dunno. If I did, I should prob binge a lot of the shows from different countries, study and train different foods and techniques etc.

My strenghts are my pallate and being able to make good tasting food, also some creativity, my weakness is baking, deserts and a bit of plating.

But I dunno.

You can apply now. But maybe I'd wait a year first. And during the year, binge watch the shows from different countries, make notes on different dishes, techniques and start practicing and training for it. .

Nah, there are loads of techniques I don't know atm and have never cooked. I need to perfect a lot of things they usually do in the shows first.

My weakness is cutting evenly. I am good at tasting and i am decently creative, but i am never really handy with delicate work that require fine motor skill.

But i guess if you want ehy not?

Just practice with a time limit.

A very good sharp knife that fits your hand well does wonders for that, and practice practice practice and practice. I'm still not perfect with that but I'm always improving on cutting.

Oh yeah another quirk of mine is since i cook mostly for myself i tend to favor my taste bud and by that i mean i make shit spicy even for recipes that dont really have spicy stuff and the level is beyond your average human tolerance.
