He pretends to repeatedly be tricked but always says exactly the precise thing that makes the joke name no matter how unusual or weird the specific wording is.

And when Bart tells him his address, Moe plays along for the gag by pretending to be crazed but doesn't actually do anything.

Moe is lonely/depressed and enjoys possibly one of the only forms of social contact he ever gets.

But even if he repeatedly falls for the prank, why does his wording of addressing the weird name to his patrons always fit perfectly no matter how strange it has to be?

Take Seymour Butts. Why does he say "Hey everybody, I wanna Seymour Butts!" imagine the call was for Jeff Fisher and he said "Hey everybody! I wanna Jeff Fisher!" its weird.

Imagine Bart called asking for Amanda Hugandkiss and Moe said "Hey I've got a phone call for Amanda, is she here?" then the joke doesn't work

He's doing it on purpose.

Moe's is repeated shown to be pretty much silent in establishing shots. Everyone there is depressed. Homer is like the only guy who livens it up and people there talk to Homer, not Moe.

Moe sees lots of drunk sloths and lots of drunk sloths see Moe but no one really talks to him much. He's really lonely.

Moe is actually still trapped in the Matrix and Bart, the only person in Simpson Universe aside from Duff Man who has escaped from the Matrix and moves freely through the Matrix, is trying to wake up Moe through the telephone through a series of bad prank calls to cause Cognitive Dissonance because Moe is actually The Chosen One.

Moe's has at least four regulars who are also his close friends whom he interacts with regularly outside the bar. He's also had multiple girlfriends throughout the series
