Hell of a comeback/redemption story. Gotta respect a developer that could and (and most would have) dropped it like a hot turd, but instead completely rebuilt the entire game due to fan feedback (for free, no less)

Im definitely planning to get back into it once I get through some of my backlog. Assassins Creed Odyssey has been chewing up so much of my time and Im still not close to done

They have done amazing things to that game. Pirates, farmers, exploration, trading, co-op, freighters and pretty interesting lore.

I bought into the hype a few months ago and refunded it. Im sure it gets better, but that first hour was really bad imo

Its awesome how much theyve added and changed to improve the game
But people should know a lot the framework was there in the beginning. Its come a long way but I feel like so many people have an inability to find anything positive to say about something with problems. The flying, exploring, planet generation and art style were all very impressive and felt really good when it came out but fuck me if you could say that amongst all the whining. --- ...
