18 y/o Austin Perot from Georgia has his charges upgraded from aggravated battery to MURDER after he PUSHED his STEPMOTHER down the stairs..and she DIED the FOLLOWING DAY!!

There was a domestic altercation with Malgorzata Bozek last week as she suffered multiple skull fractures in the fall which police say was caused when Perot shoved her down a flight of stairs

He is now held without bond as police are still investigating
