Worker A gets Thursday off. Calls in on Monday. Is made to work on Thursday. Workers B and C were scheduled on Thurs. Worker B covers Worker A shift on Monday.
Thursday comes, shift slows down so someone has to go home to save on labor hours. Worker A wants to go home cuz they needed Thurs off. Worker C wants to stay cuz they want their 40 hours. Worker A is "punished" with having to stay for calling in on Mon. Worker C is sent home instead and loses out on hours. Dumb shit. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Thats just bad management because if they're getting paid the same amount of money, you're not saving any money by sending C home instead of A.
