A few weeks ago, I broke up with a girl that I was dating the last 6 months, and all the old feelings that I thought had long left from my first ex are coming back. I have no interest in reaching out, but I'm curious to see what she's up to. I've had the craziest urge to look her up on social media the last few days and I know this is a big no no no. I went on a really bad date last night and the feeling has never been stronger to look up my first ex. I know I shouldn't but the curiousity is killing me. I'm really trying to avoid this. I also got a partner(not mentioned in the OP) around the same time and decided it was against my best interests to keep looking her up on social media so I haven't haven't looked her up in 8 months.
