He collided with a pole when driving on a Texas Highway with his girlfriend, Destiny Wallace.. The couple went to a Texas High School together and both were injured but survived the horrific crash into a pole but Garnica was then electrocuted after he stepped out of the vehicle to assess the damage and stood on a downed power line his car had struck Destiny was rushed to hospital who found out she was PREGNANT with Garnica's child while there as well. His family is devastated over the loss as they gathered at the scene fo the accident holding a vigil and can't fathom a child not growing up with their father Police are now investigating as officials are warning others to STAY in their vehicle and call 911 if they crash into a power line.
