Apparently the guy who kickstarted this or crowd funded them only sells them at conventions on hand for cash in Japan he wont ship even inside Japan hence the rarity.
Of course spending this kind of money on a "game" that you can download for like $9 is absurd anyways but yolo or something --- God is not preparing you for anything, you are just suffering ... Copied to Clipboard!
