Ok, what exactly are your beliefs if people with unrelated policy can both appeal to you? Something has to bridge the gap. It's actually more like if you wanted pizza but ate a shoe because it's better than eating nuclear waste.

At least be a solid Trump supporter and stand for something

I support Yang's UBI system and the implementation of a VAT tax to pay for it. It stops corporations from easily avoiding taxes, while keeping items that lower income families need, tax free. That's the main thing. He also tackles the student debt crisis in a more elegant way, than Bernie does, and isn't trying to make employees part owners of a company that they didn't build nor have any risk in compared to the actual owner.

I like Trump because he tells it like it is. His policies on immigration are sound, as well as helping businesses grow. He isn't the greatest president, he is simply better then every other candidate besides Yang. I also don't like the democrats constant attacks on him, when he has done nothing to deserve it. They are nothing but hypocrites.

"Anything but this" is not a belief system with any logic or reason behind it. What if the change is even worse and goes against everything you believe? Guess that's only a problem for people who believe in something.

Pretending that Trump isn't a big fat joke who lies more than anyone, they still both sound like candidates who would undo each other's policies, so you're still voting for opposites, which means you have no real values of your own.

Trump only has 1 more term and Yang isnt even an option anymore. There is no realistic way for them to undo each other policies. If Trump does not win this term, he will most likely never run or win ever again.

Your constant use of logical fallacies at this point are extremely tiresome.

What you're doing now is attempting to argue semantics, and you dont even realize it. The similarities they share, which Kazi pointed out, is they both believe in the constitution, and the basic fabric of humanities well-being. That's obvious. What this specific discussion is about, is the nuances of each candidate and NO similarities in that framework have to be present for me to like multiple people.

Its like you're trying to do some weird, "gotcha" thing. You're not only failing, but its intellectually uninteresting.

Every single human lies. So, his only sin is being a human like the rest of us. What he lies about however, is almost ALWAYS overblown by his opposition to the point where mistake lies with basic wordplay and metaphors.

Native American burial sites in Arizona have been blown up by construction crews building the US-Mexico border wall, according to lawmakers and tribal leaders.
Authorities confirmed that "controlled blasting" has begun in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, a Unesco recognised natural reserve.
Raul Grijalva, a Democrat congressman, called the destruction "sacrilegious".
The government failed to consult the Tohono O'odham Nation, he said.
Environmental groups also warn of the damage being done to the local underground aquifer, as well as to migrating wildlife in the remote desert region about 115 miles (185km) west of Tucson.
Officials say the aim of the project is to construct a 30ft-tall (9m) steel barrier that runs for 43 miles on the national park land.

Ive been with Bill Maher saying this since he got confirmed he won the election.

the democrats DO NOT have a strong enough egotistical candidate to combat the likes of Trump, and our American political system is so fundamentally flawed/fucked that it doesnt allow more than 2 parties to exist without the support for extra parties just canibalizing the support from the two main parties.

so... yea he is going to win again.

Yea...no

Did Donald Trump Say Republicans Are the Dumbest Group of Voters?

Despite Peoples comprehensive online content archive, we found no interview or profile on Donald Trump in 1998 (or any other time) that quoted his saying anything that even vaguely resembled the words in this meme. Trump appeared somewhat regularly in the magazines pages before he came to star on The Apprentice, but the bulk of the magazines celebrity-driven coverage of him back then centered on his marriages to, and divorces from, Ivana Trump and Marla Maples.

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/1998-trump-people-quote/

CLAIM: If I were to run, Id run as a Republican. Theyre the dumbest group of voters in the country. They believe anything on Fox News. I could lie and theyd still eat it up. I bet my numbers would be terrific. -- Donald Trump in 1998 People magazine interview.
APS ASSESSMENT: False. The president did not make such a comment to People magazine.
