Those movies widely regarded as just truly awful.
Of note, I liked both The Cat In The Hat Mike Myers movie and the Garfield movie. I saw both of them at least a few dozen times each. I was also partial to the Garfield sequel but I didn't watch it quite as much. I also liked The Lion King II but I'm not sure how well it's status as a bad movie holds up anymore. My pet monster made for tv movie. The whole movie is available on YouTube and as an adult I can't even watch it, I go to sleep.
Garbage pail kids is really bad as an adult but I collected the stickers like many did as a kid. Dirt bike kid is considered bad but I liked it and still do, same with RAD. Little monsters was considered bad but I enjoy it as a kid and adult. I liked The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones as a kid. After recently rewatching both I think TPM is flawed but fun while AOTC is a total failure.

I spent my days off pre school literally re-watching the 1990's Captain America and Double Dragon films my mom recorded off cable.
I was also a BIG fan of Robocop...3. I was 4 though so give me a break., I also liked Predator and Terminator 2 so it was legit just the fact that Robocop 3 was what was on TV when my parents recorded it I think and not cause it was toned down for kids. --- For you, the day Skorpio graced your topic was the most important day in your life.
