Like when you make a big batch for breakfasts, you refrigerate them, but are you supposed to peel them before refrigerating? Or after, when you're ready to eat?

Theyll keep longer if you keep the shell intact. Wont absorb other frig odors either

If you peel them before storing you'll want to make a nice brine to keep them in
