1990 Shredder.

Also it's kind of uncanny if you watch TDKR and Ninja Turtles 1990 back to back, you may notice some potential inspiration...

I hope the current series has a crossover with the original cartoon, just to continue the tradition. A crossover with 03 or 2012 would also be great, but I feel like they'd be unlikely
