I think I have more because I'm finally going through and cleaning it up (unsubbing to dead channels/channels I don't watch) and even after many unsubs it still says 1000 so I assume that's just the counter limit.

What's the point in YT subscriptions?

You watch one video and suddenly your newsfeed is nothing but uploads from that user (or similar videos)

I've got something like 380 subscriptions. It's quite the problem, my Watch Later is nearly 2500 videos long. (It was closer to 1900 a few weeks ago, but I gave it a break when I was visiting my girlfriend.)

I wonder whether I'll ever empty the list.

91 subscriptions, 140,172 subscribers.

Idk why my subscriber count has been stagnant for months. They deleted inactive accounts and it hasn't increased after that. Haven't uploaded a video in probably a year, but I would at least still get some subscribers per day usually.
