Sure, you can find examples for any or all... and they aren't all the same game (in my case) either.

For your 4. you must blink - that reminds me most of the Alone in the Dark remake

hmmm. poison is effective on a lot of bosses, but seems maybe unusual to specifically be weak to it. I vaguely recall wanting to use Poison or Bio type spells on some boss in some FF game. feel like it would be cheating to look it up though.

Most of the bosses in Persona Q, poison was ultra busted in that game for some reason.

Sniper Elite has realistic bullet damage so any vital organ shot instant kills.

I think infinite undiscovery has that. Obscure pick I know.

I know there was a game I played where red barrels did nothing, but I'd have to look through my library to see.

Any survival game, hell even non survival games have sometimes shoehorned it in.

Those SCP games.

Not really what I meant, nothing in WoW has weaknesses/resistances any more. And if someone mentions Pokemon, nothing is vulnerable to the Poison status effect
