Putting you in the women's jail in this scenario because the reverse transitioning into a man isn't complete seems like intentional misgendering ("You don't count if you can't pass!") On the other hand, putting you in the men's jail while you're in the middle of transitioning poses it's own set of potential issues. Being an inmate with female genitalia in a men's prison poses the obvious risk. Some could also argue(Though this would likely apply more for transmen) that being in the middle of reverse transitioning could just be an excuse to go to a jail of your preference. Being an inmate with female genitalia in a men's prison poses the obvious risk. Some could also argue(Though this would likely apply more for transmen) that being in the middle of reverse transitioning could just be an excuse to go to a jail of your preference.
