This article is making a massive and disingenuous leap by painting with such a broad brush. If you google these people's names, you'll come to their webpage which claims:
-these two are biblical prophets -they can heal the sick -the dude had God appear before him and told him to tell people that He was coming soon. I know some people may not be familiar with modern evangelicals/christians, but this is far, far outside of the norm. Claiming to be prophetic or having the power to heal people is seen as sacrilegious by most modern denominations. This website does a huge disservice by trying to conflate crazy people on the fringes, with that of evangelicals as a whole. --- Power concedes nothing without a demand. ... Copied to Clipboard!
