Good soundtrack, (mostly) great effects, and a compelling story that goes its own way and introduces a cool new angle; the red queen is basically iconic. The second one was a horrendous dumpster fire, and I hate it so much. Some of the later ones are good fun, though. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction. I know I was always patiently waiting for the next one. Then I bought them all on dvd. Everyone I watched them with enjoyed them.
