God awful texture and worse taste. You know the episode of Spongebob when Mr. Krabs sells the restaurant and they make Krabby Patties out of that grey goop? Beyond Burgers are the closest real world substance to that. --- My sister's dog bit a hole in my Super Mario Land cartridge. Fair weather vegetarians are the ones treating it like a hot new weight loss diet and surely enough the ones most likely to go back to eating meat.
