Just thoughts it kinda weird that there are literal people that lurker here 24/7 for months even years and never post until once random day they go "oh hey long time lurker for about 3 years" and they know all the CE lore.

It's fun to read and watch other people argue about nothing. Some people don't want to get into the thick of it, but are still entertained by the shenanigans.

I mostly lurking on gamefaq. It just I don't know how to make good topic with my broken English grammar. And when I make topic gamefaq user will ignore it , make fun of my broken grammar and say my account is an alt.

So just lurking through gamefaq most of the time.

I find myself doing this more as time marches on. I have never been one to make topics but I find that I often cannot be bothered to submit posts anymore. Sometimes I will type a message here or elsewhere and then before posting it something inside of me says "fuck it" and I move on to something else.

That was me on non game related boards on this site period. Didnt take me years though and once I jumped in I felt fine jumping in on any board this one included. Took me a couple of years before I posted my first time though but that was on boards relating to games.

Because CE, at least, has come down to people just arguing, insulting and shit posting than actually discussing or debating things. So I post less. There are some great users here that make good threads here that Ill participate in. But more often than not I just lurk and read.

More or less this. I'm simply not the shitposting type, so there aren't a lot of topics I want to insert myself into these days. Plenty of craziness to laugh at, though.

a lot of the GameFAQs population are aging gamers who aren't really the same people they were when they first joined. hell, this isn't even really the same site it used to be either, so there's that.

most people are here out of routine and nostalgia, but there's not much reason to post on social boards like CE unless you like to argue, troll or are delusional enough to think you're about to change a confrontation seeking troll's mind, lol. basically it's turned into a hangout for the most toxic characters representing the worst demographics.

those who don't fall into those categories are likely showing up in less than 5% of topics with a relatively low post count.
