GastroFan 01/08/20 12:13:09 PM #8:	when I had conditional authority I had to fire a couple of people because they couldn't keep their hours straight (which I hated to do since both worked hard for me). In one case it was due to a misunderstanding (man had a problem understanding english no matter how many times I tried to explain it to him); the other was that the person liked me as a person and wouldn't draw the line like he was supposed to when it came to work hours (he could only work a certain number). I had little choice but to fire both and felt pretty bad both times as I said earlier.
